Hi I’m Rachel, an artist, florist and stationery designer living and working in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

I grew up in Northumberland and Gloucestershire and finally settled on Yorkshire in 2001 when I left home to study in Leeds. I fell in love with Yorkshire and have been living in the county (including the West, North and East!) ever since.
A self-confessed flower geek, for the last 5 years I’ve been working with happy couples to create their perfect wedding flowers. This experience has turned me into a complete and utter wedding addict!
I LOVE weddings, I love hearing about them, reading about them, talking about them…everything!
I’m was lucky enough to have my own seaside wedding last summer… the progress of which I fully intend to update you with in my blog (eventually!!).
I found so much satisfaction in creating gorgeous, vintage inspired, unique and custom made wedding flowers that I wanted to do something similar within the field of handmade stationery… so I did!

"doodling..."
I love painting, drawing, doodling, writing and day dreaming, so it’s always seemed obvious to me that I’d end up doing something creative and making things.
I now spend my time drawing and painiting pictures, making handmade cards and designing custom made social stationery. I would love to one day write and illustrate a childrens book.

Foxgloves, peonies, scented garden roses, heart shaped everything, polka dots,cupcakes, afternoon tea, vintage china, ridiculous shoes, pearls, books that make you think, phalaenopsis orchids (aaall over the house), chintz, french furniture, Champagne, scented candles, 60s girl groups, anything cute & handmade, handwritten letters, butterflies, garden birds, trips to the seaside, bunting, family time, nature walks, pyjama days, watching rubbish telly, when a plan comes together!
